Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily theatre operations, train staff, and drive profitability in a dynamic cinema environment.

The role requires managing inventory, schedules, hiring, and maintaining safety while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates should have theatre management experience and relevant certifications. The position is onsite in Temple, TX with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if served alcohol).
• Minimum of 3 years previous theatre management experience.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and passing of the Comprehensive Assessment testing process.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (必須: 40 hours/week).
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to train and lead others and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the theatre's day-to-day operations and performance.
• Perform and train others in all theatre positions.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling.
• Hire and evaluate Team Members and Management Members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cash-handling policies.
• Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
• Develop promotions aligned with company goals.
