Job summary

AMC Theatre in McLean is seeking a Manager to lead operations and people, driving results through coaching and ownership while upholding AMC’s values. You’ll ensure staffing, guest service excellence, and effective reporting in a fast-paced theatre environment.

You will oversee daily operations, collaborate with leaders, and model professional conduct while supporting budgets and guest satisfaction goals. This full-time role requires initiative and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Experience in guest-focused business (retail, hospitality, or theater) is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
• Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
• Ensure associates meet AMC Guest Service standards.
• Maintain proper staffing levels across all theatre areas.
• Review financial numbers to drive performance and guest experience.
