Job summary

Regal in Ithaca, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate and supervise the theatre and its employees, acting as a Regal representative in line with our mission statement and policies.

This hourly role requires supervising staff, handling cash, operating projection and AV equipment, ensuring guest satisfaction, completing training and management certification, and coordinating with management on hiring, scheduling, and cost control.

Qualifications

• At least three months supervisory experience, or six months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program.
• If alcohol is served, must complete state/local required training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Upholding and administering theatre policies.
• Supervising and coaching non-management staff.
• Operate projection and AV equipment and maintain related systems.
• Manage cost control, purchasing, and inventory for concessions.
