Regal is seeking a Theatre Team Lead to supervise staff, train non-management employees, and ensure smooth theatre operations. You will handle daily cash handling, operate projection/AV gear, and uphold all company policies while delivering promotions.

The role requires reading training materials on harassment and compliance, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with the GM or senior managers for operational needs.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof.
• If alcohol is served, must be of legal age and complete required certifications.
• Strong public speaking and written communication abilities.
• Ability to read and understand training materials on harassment and compliance.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise an unspecified number of employees per Regal policies.
• Train, develop and coach non-management staff.
• Perform staff duties as needed and count/reconcile daily receipts.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and oversee technicians.
• Ensure promotional campaigns and theatre promotions are delivered.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and incident reporting to management.
