AMC Theatres is seeking a Supervisor to guide daily theatre operations, coach crew, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will lead with energy and maintain a welcoming space for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating crew duties, managing floor operations, and supporting inventory and scheduling under management guidance. A passion for movies and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old; location-specific age requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities for strong performance and guest service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and access for vendors during off-hours.
• Count cash, reconcile floor safes, and enter results into the system.
