Aufgaben

• Understand and assist with the execution of operational policies and procedures including labor, cost of sales, revenue control, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Assume the role of Manager on Duty (MOD) when required, overseeing daily floor operations and coaching staff.
• Assign tasks and follow up to ensure efficient operations.
• Open and close the building, complete nightly closing paperwork, and prepare shift deposits.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and engage in guest recovery as needed.
• Assist with staff selection, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Daily floor management support as needed.
