Regal is seeking a Theatre Operations Manager in Jensen Beach, FL to lead daily restaurant and bar activities, oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and adherence to health and safety standards.

You will manage alcohol service, inventory, and cost controls while coordinating with kitchen and theater teams to deliver high-quality food and movie experiences for guests.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business and/or equivalent. Two years in a management or supervisory role in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching and scheduling staff; strong leadership and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of health/safety rules, alcohol service requirements and Regal policies.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise staff; hire, train, schedule and coach employees per policy.
• Manage alcohol service, POS, cash handling, and guest relations to ensure satisfaction.
• Control labor costs, inventory, and cost of goods; enforce health and safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance, food prep, and kitchen/kitchen-bar coordination per Regal standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting; maintain documentation and records.
