Job summary

Regal theatre at Treasure Coast Mall Stadium 16 in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily theatre operations and supervise staff. The role includes managing show times, enforcing policies, and ensuring safety and customer service standards.

Candidates should have supervisory experience, be able to coordinate training, scheduling, and daily operations, and possess strong communication skills. Experience with cash handling and compliance with alcohol service is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience or theatre experience with Cast Certification Program, or potential leadership recognized by theatre management.

Responsibilities

• Attend duties with regular attendance and adherence to theatre policies.
• Train, coach and supervise staff; assist in interviewing/hiring under supervision.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and manage show times.
• Ensure alcohol service compliance and safety protocols.
• Control costs and manage inventory for concessions and café stock.
• Oversee theatre maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Marketing and promotions of feature film engagements; schedule show times.
