Qualifications

• At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof.
• If theatre sells alcohol, must be of legal age to sell and serve according to state/local laws.
• Possess good public speaking skills and effective communication.
• Ability to perform calculations and maintain accuracy in counts.
• Capable of training and coaching staff and upholding theatre policies.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise an unspecified number of employees; roster and assign work.
• Operate all projection and audio-visual equipment, including ROM training.
• Monitor safety, loss prevention, and incident reporting.
• Count, deposit, and reconcile receipts and handle various payment forms.
• Uphold dress code and ensure compliance with policies.
• Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and potential disciplinary actions.
