Job summary

Regal is currently seeking a part-time Assistant Manager in Anchorage, AK to oversee theatre operations and staff while acting as Regal's representative in line with company policies.

The role includes supervising staff, operating projection and AV equipment, monitoring guest satisfaction, handling cash and deposits, and ensuring compliance with safety and HR procedures. Eligibility includes completing the Cast Certification Program and Regal Beverage Server training.

Qualifications

• Public speaking skills and effective communication are required.
• Math and reasoning abilities to perform calculations and problem-solve.
• Proven computer and office software skills for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment, including maintenance.
• Train, develop, coach, and supervise non-management staff.
• Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining staff under GM oversight.
• Perform all staff duties as needed and ensure policy adherence.
• Control costs, manage inventory, and procure concessions and café stock.
• Oversee theatre maintenance and minor repairs; coordinate larger repairs.
