Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Theatre Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and staff leadership at a McKinney, TX theatre.

You will participate in team training, manage cash controls, prepare reports, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and outstanding guest service across all theatre departments. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with at least 40 hours per week.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Senior Assistant Manager experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist General Manager and oversee all theatre departments.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the GM's absence.
• Train and coach Team Members.
• Prepare administrative and special reports.
• Monitor monthly inventories and product orders.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest service across departments.
