Qualifications

• Two (2) years of closely related customer service experience.
• Background check (name-only) required per County policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting patrons while enforcing venue policies.
• Aid patrons with accessibility needs (wheelchair assistance, ALD distribution, chair placement).
• Oversee and mentor volunteer ushers to ensure duties are completed.
• Responsible for on-site equipment and troubleshooting as needed.
• Responsible for program/playbill distribution and organization.
• Monitor the venue for safety, cleanliness, and functionality during events.
• Act as Assistant to the House Manager; report issues and concerns.
• Assist in the event of an emergency/evacuation.
