Job summary

Salt Lake Community College's Grand Theatre is seeking an entry-level Box Office staff member to provide friendly patron services, sell tickets, and manage inquiries. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests a positive first impression with superior patron services.
• Sell tickets and manage patron information in the software system.
• Answer phone, email, and messages professionally.
• Serve as a contact for information on theatre activities and opportunities.
• Multi-task on show nights with box office and front-of-house staff.
• Handle minor customer service issues such as seating and ticket errors.
• Maintain theatre appearance and presentation.
• Participate in extra training and follow box office policies.
