Job summary

Regal is seeking team members for variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly roles to ensure guests receive exceptional service. Positions may be in Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, with duties ranging from ticketing and cash handling to guest assistance and theatre safety.

The role offers opportunities to upsell premium experiences, promote Crown Club, and uphold company policies while maintaining a clean, safe theatre environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide guest service and handle cash transactions.
• Ability to operate POS systems accurately and politely in busy environments.
• Willingness to read and follow training materials on harassment and discrimination.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance
• Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so
• General cleaning duties; and
• Compliance with our company dress code
• Operating POS system in Box Office and Concession
• Upselling Premium Viewing Experiences
• Promoting Regal Crown Club program
• Ensuring ticket sales comply with MPAA ratings
• Responding to guest inquiries
• Tearing tickets and directing patrons as an usher
• Inspecting bags when applicable
• Crowd control and seating assistance in auditoriums
• Enforcement of MPAA rating system
• In-theatre inspections and safety monitoring
• Opening and closing duties as assigned by management
