Job summary

Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for Guests and help ensure a heroic guest experience. They may work across Usher, Box Office, or Concession roles as staffing needs require, performing essential duties across the venue.

Team Members must be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, and promotions, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the theatre.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for all transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to the correct auditorium.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, events, and policies.
• Respond to guest questions with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor theatre safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties related to theatre operations.
