Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You’ll greet Guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and share theatre information while maintaining a clean, safe environment across the lobby and auditoriums.

This role requires at least 16 years old, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training in food handling and local permits may be required, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and follow directions.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, theatre information, and answer questions from Guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the theatre and lobbies.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed by management.
