Job summary

Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for Guests. A Team Member is quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, and promotions, delivering a heroic guest experience. They may work cross-functionally as an Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing needs require.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating the POS, verifying tickets, and maintaining a clean, safe theatre. Flexible hours and strong guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent guest service and communication with guests.
• Ability to work in a team and independently; follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie, events, and theatre information.
• Responds to guest questions with professional customer service.
• Performs opening/closing duties as assigned by management.
