Responsibilities include greeting Guests, handling tickets and sales, answering questions, and maintaining a safe, clean theatre environment. Must be 16+ with flexible availability, strong English communication, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance required.
• Able to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner and operates the POS system.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and theatre details.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains clean theatre and monitors safety.
• Performs opening and closing duties as assigned.
