Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Team Members to warmly welcome guests, answer questions, and help with concessions, box office, and usher duties as needed. You will be part of a fast-paced theatre team delivering a heroic guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, and sharing theatre information while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Energetic, friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to auditoriums.
• Provides theatre information and answers guest questions.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety in all areas.
• Prepares and operates food service equipment as needed.
• Supports opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
