Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving it, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: Operate POS, handle cash/credit and promotions.
• Concession: Operate POS, stock inventory, promote Regal Crown Club and ensure food safety compliance.
• Usher: Guide patrons, enforce MPAA ratings, assist with seating and safety.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and assist with opening/closing duties.
