Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking part-time Floor Staff for this theatre location. You'll work in Box Office, Concession, Usher roles, providing exceptional guest service during screenings and events.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, operating the concession and POS systems, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding safety and dress code standards. Training is provided; eligibility for Regal Crown Club benefits applies.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress toward completion required.
• Strong public speaking and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced theater environment.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance to all scheduled shifts.
• Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so.
• General cleaning duties and daily supply upkeep.
• Compliance with our company dress code.
• Box Office: Upselling and responding to guest questions per policy.
• Concession: Operate POS, manage cash and stock, promote Regal Crown Club.
• Usher/Box Office responsibilities and opening/closing duties as assigned by management.
