Job summary

Regal in Nashville is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession and Usher roles. You will contribute to delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining compliance with policy and dress code, with regular attendance and readiness to handle emergencies.

The position may be variable hourly, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly, with duties across the theatre including cash handling, POS operation, up selling and crowd management.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving, complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training may be required.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: Operate POS system accurately and handle cash, credit cards, and coupons.
• Concession: Manage POS, stock, and inventory; promote the Regal Crown Club.
• Usher: Tear tickets, direct patrons to seats, and monitor audience safety.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies; maintain guest service standards.
