Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support theatre operations as Concession or Usher roles, with flexible scheduling based on theatre needs and guest demand. Team members ensure guests receive exceptional service and adhere to policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include ticketing, crowd management, cleaning, and assisting guests in finding seats while upholding MPAA rules and company guidelines. Prior training and cast certification completion are encouraged to join the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely.
• Comfort with reading training materials and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Concession: operate POS, manage cash, promote Regal Crown Club, prep and clean equipment, upsell, follow food safety rules, ensure alcohol rules where applicable.
