Regal Cinemas, Inc. is hiring Floor Staff at our Anchorage theatre. This part-time, on-site role may operate as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier, or progress toward completion.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete any legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system, including cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and tickets.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure tickets and food/beverage transactions comply with MPAA ratings and policies.
• Assist guests, answer questions and maintain clean, safe theatre environments.
