Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support our theatres in Idaho. You may work in Box Office, Concession, or as an Usher, with responsibilities including ticketing, cash handling, and guest assistance. A strong emphasis on attendance, safety, and customer service under Regal policies is required.

Positions include variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, and full-time hourly arrangements. Training in cast certification and beverage service may be provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so.
• General cleaning duties;
• Compliance with our company dress code.
• Operate POS systems in Box Office and Concession areas with accurate cash handling.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Tear tickets and direct patrons in Usher role.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety, including restrooms and lobby areas.
