Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier is required.
• If alcohol service is part of the duties, complete any legally required state or local training and Regal Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS system and handle cash, credit cards, and tickets.
• Upsell Premium Viewing experiences and promote Regal Crown Club membership.
• Operate Concession POS, stock management, and comply with food safety laws.
• Direct patrons as Usher, enforce MPAA ratings, and ensure theatre safety and cleanliness.
