Job summary

Regal is seeking floor staff to provide outstanding guest service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle cash transactions, upsell premium experiences, and help guests with seating, questions, and a safe, clean theatre environment.

Typical shifts are variable hours; employees may be scheduled as part-time or full-time hourly staff, requiring flexibility and reliability to meet theatre needs.

Qualifications

• Completion of Regal cast certification and box office cashier training.
• If the theatre serves alcohol and duties include serving, complete any legally required state training and obtain the certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash handling and transaction accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing experiences and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Assist guests at Box Office and answer questions.
• Sell concessions and manage inventory including stock handling.
• Guide patrons to seats and enforce MPAA rating policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas of the theatre.
