Job summary

Ithaca College is seeking a part-time Theatre & Dance Admissions Office Assistant to support the Admissions Coordinator with admissions-related projects on campus and via Zoom.

Typical hours are 8 per week, with flexibility around student responsibilities and peak times like audition days and Open Houses. Preference given to MT&D majors; position may span Fall 2026 to Spring 2027 and includes a training period.

Qualifications

• 8 hours per week with scheduling flex around student responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating events and volunteers preferred.
• Preference for students majoring in the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance at Ithaca College.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with seasonal mailings for MTD Admissions.
• Leading tours of Dillingham (when available).
• Coordinating current student volunteers for Open Houses, Audition Days, and other admission-related events, and be present to work those events.
• Coordinating and facilitating the admitted student visits in April in collaboration with the Admissions Coordinator.
• Helping with other projects in the Dillingham Theatre Office
