• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; Canva or CRM/database tools a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive student records.
• Interest in arts administration a plus but not required.
• Some evening/weekend availability may be needed for recruitment events and audition days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communication, scheduling, and operating the "Be a Major for a Day" program for SMTD.
• Assist with data entry and organization for audition scheduling and applicant tracking.
• Help prepare recruitment materials (flyers, social content, event signage) for auditions and recruitment events (e.g., festivals, open houses).
• Support communication with prospective students and families (email correspondence, scheduling confirmations).
• Assist with light data organization for faculty-facing audition reporting.
• Provide on-site support at audition days and recruitment events as needed.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.
