Ithaca College is seeking a part-time Theatre & Dance Admissions Office Assistant to support the Admissions Coordinator with admissions-related projects on campus and via Zoom.
Typical hours are 8 per week, with flexibility around student responsibilities and peak times like audition days and Open Houses. Preference given to MT&D majors; position may span Fall 2026 to Spring 2027 and includes a training period.
The Theatre & Dance Admissions Office Assistant position assists the Admissions Coordinator with admissions-related projects.
The position typically requires 8 hours of work per week, but those scheduled hours are able to flex around student responsibilities. These hours can increase around high-traffic times of year, such as audition days and Dean's Host season in the spring. Key projects will include audition/interview days on campus and on Zoom, Open Houses, and Admitted Student events.

Preference will be given to students majoring in the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance at Ithaca College. A student may be hired for one or two semesters; it is possible to be hired for this position for Fall 2026 only, and then to be part of a training period for the next Admissions Assistant at the beginning of Spring 2027. (This is to account for students who will be gone to London for part of their Junior year and/or away for Field Studies their Senior year, which falls at a critical time in Admissions cycle.)
