Job summary

Marcus Theatres in Suwanee, GA seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily theatre operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will supervise hourly staff, assist the GM with hiring and training, and help achieve financial targets in a fast-paced, clean, and safe environment.

The role requires flexibility for mornings, days, evenings, and weekends, including most holidays. You will manage cash handling, payroll, and timekeeping while driving sales and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience supervising staff in high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead theatre operations and motivate hourly associates.
• Assist GM with hiring, training and development.
• Ensure guest service excellence and safety standards.
• Oversee cash handling, payroll, timekeeping and audits.
• Drive sales, loyalty registration and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain facilities as clean, safe and in good repair.
• Adhere to PCI regulations and company policies.
