Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations, ensure policy compliance, and deliver exceptional guest service. You'll be cross trained across departments and participate in the Management Accreditation Program, with future paths to higher roles.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, completion of Cinemark’s Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core courses, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-training abilities.
• Accurate cash handling and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager directions and supports staff communication.
• Works in all departments and supervises theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures cleanliness, safety, and proper dress code in the theatre.
• Addresses safety, security, and employee relations with appropriate protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
