Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations, ensure policies followed, and train staff. The role covers multiple departments and may advance to Senior Assistant Manager then Theatre or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Candidates must be 18+, have a High School Diploma or GED, complete management courses, and be flexible for evenings and weekends. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete Safe Alcohol Service training when handling alcohol.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• English communication (verbal and written) with all ages.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Works in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Interacts with Guests for improved service and ensures superior Customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines with staff.
• Reports repairs or safety issues to the General Manager.
• Ensures compliance with dress code and safety protocols.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
