Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service through directing and assisting guests.
• Prepare the House for reception of the guests.
• Interact with Box Office, House and Concessions to resolve customer concerns.
• Assist with an emergency situation in public areas involving guests.
• Maintain unity among members of the Guest Services Department.
