Qualifications

• Six months of usher experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (including stairs).
• Ability to bend and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to read and interpret information printed on event tickets.
• Ability to assist guests in wheelchairs.
• Alert and respond quickly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide general information about the property and venues.
• Ensure guests are properly seated and late seating policies followed.
• Assist with guest seating and ticketing.
• Distribute event programs.
• Enforce the camera/tape policy for events.
• Alert management to special needs or emergencies.
