Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring team members to provide friendly guest service at the cinema. Duties include greeting guests, taking orders, and maintaining a clean environment while ensuring accurate transactions and knowledge of menu and bar items.

Responsibilities also cover ID checks for alcohol, proper cash handling, and collaboration with the kitchen to ensure orders are correct. A focus on safety, PPE, and flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proof of age for alcohol service where required.
• Basic food handling training or local health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance Guest experience
• Accurately record food and beverage orders from Guests in a timely manner
• Handle transactions on assigned register with proper cash balance
• Verify identification for alcohol transactions
• Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
• Use suggestive selling techniques
• Collaborate with kitchen team for accurate orders
• Maintain high-contact area sanitation
• Follow PPE guidelines and cleaning tasks
• Monitor safety and security and report concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned
