Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Team Members who create a welcoming guest experience. You will greet Guests, operate the POS, answer questions, and support cinema operations across concessions, box office, and usher roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification or health card where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent guest service.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently; respond with a sense of urgency.
• Able to take and follow direction.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and policies.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety across lobby, auditoriums, and restrooms.
• Assists with opening/closing duties as assigned.
