Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience across concessions, box office, and usher roles. You will greet guests, answer questions, operate the POS, and help guests find their seats while maintaining theater standards.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, reliable, and energized to provide friendly service. Training covers food safety, POS usage, and customer interactions, with opportunities to grow within Cinemark.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications if required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent guest service and communication.
• Must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Responds with a sense of urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs guests to the auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information and promotions.
• Responds to guest questions and phone inquiries professionally.
• Maintains theatre presentation and safety inspections.
• Keeps theatre clean and debris-free.
• Prepares food and operates cooking equipment.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Complies with local, state, and federal food safety laws.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
