Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily guest services, facility operations and coaching of staff
• Supervise concessions, box office, kitchen and usher duties
• Recruit, train, and assess performance of floor staff
• Maintain safety, order, and cleanliness throughout the theater
• Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints
• Manage cash-out and daily inventory counts
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies and state laws
