Qualifications

• Management experience in theater, service, or retail.
• Professional and trustworthy with diverse groups.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily guest services, facility operations and staff coaching.
• Supervises Concession, Box Office, Kitchen and Usher duties.
• Recruits, trains and assesses floor staff performance.
• Supports daily goals, tasks and assignments.
• Answers questions and resolves complaints politely.
• Maintains inventory and cash-out at end of shift.
• Keeps theater clean and orderly; watches for safety issues.
• Pours alcoholic beverages and complies with liquor laws.
