Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and directions.
• Provide outstanding customer service by going above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their Emagine experience.
• Identify and recommend concession and seating options to enhance the movie experience.
• Promote rewards program to guests.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor theater environment and enforce Code of Conduct for safety and comfort.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and cleanliness of concessions areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and keep restrooms, lobby, and theatres clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
