Job summary

On-site work in LA is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in theater operations, facility management, or security, with strong communication and public relations skills.

Qualifications

• Background in theater operations, facility management, or security preferred.
• Strong communication and public relations skills required.
• Able to work varied hours, including weeknights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to DGA members, patrons, vendors and colleagues.
• Support internal meetings and large screenings and receptions.
• Coordinate with management, projection staff, security, parking, and engineers.
• Assist in setup, execution, and strike of meetings and events.
