The position requires strong communication, planning, and relationship-building with internal teams and external partners, including professional associations and community groups.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with arts/business operations experience.
• Broad knowledge of theatre/event operations principles and practices.
• Ability to interpret and present information clearly in writing and reports.
• Experience leading staff and coordinating contractors for theatre operations.
• Budgeting and financial management responsibilities in theatre settings.
