Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain facilities inside and outside the theater before, during, and after each performance.
• Manage and supervise work-study students and volunteers.
• Provide customer service to audience members during performances.
• Sell single tickets and subscriptions using Tessitura ticketing software.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and perform daily deposits with the University Cashier.
