Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming Guest experience. You’ll greet guests, operate the register, verify tickets, provide movie information, and support theater operations across concessions, box office, and usher roles as needed.

You should be at least 16, willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays, and have strong communication and teamwork skills. Training and benefits are available, with opportunities for growth and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local certification as required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provides excellent guest service and communication with customers.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Able to follow directions and maintain cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to their auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Respond to calls and questions with professional service.
• Maintain theater cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
