Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. in Sewell, NJ is seeking team members to staff Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles, depending on theatre needs. Duties include POS operation, cash handling, guest service, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If theatre sells alcohol, complete state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system including handling cash drawer, cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards, and coupons.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings and company policy; respond to guest questions.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain clean theatres, lobbies, and restrooms.
