Job summary

The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking an Usher to welcome guests, scan tickets, guide seating and answer questions to ensure a positive theater experience. You will help maintain venue safety and cleanliness, assist with emergencies, coordinate with Box Office for seat relocations, and support guests before, during and after events.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced live

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a guest service role required.
• Box Office or Live Music Event customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan tickets, answer questions, and help locate seats.
• Direct guests to concessions/restrooms; verify entry with tickets.
• Resolve guest complaints and assist security when needed.
• Assist with seat relocations with Box Office staff.
• Direct patrons in emergencies and assist with incident reporting.
• Perform other duties to support theater operations.
