Job summary

V Theater Group LLC in Las Vegas is seeking friendly ushers to greet guests, assist with seating, collect tickets, and answer questions about exits, amenities, and concessions during performances.

You will monitor aisles for safety, diffuse non-violently when needed, help with theater and restroom cleaning between shows, and support staff with stocking bars and other duties. English fluency, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends and holidays are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Showroom usher experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with seating and ticket collection.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding exits and amenities.
• Keep aisles clear of obstacles and monitor safety.
• Oversee assigned area for staff needs or issues.
• Assist with cleaning theaters and restrooms between shows.
• Diffuse potentially disruptive situations using non-physical methods.
• Enforce camera/taping policies for each event.
• Alert management of any special needs or emergencies.
• Stock bars and retrieve items as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
