Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan tickets, answer questions and help with seating and entry verification.
• Resolve guest issues or escalate to management; monitor safety and no smoking rules.
• Help keep the venue clean, sanitized and presentable; participate in recycling efforts.
• Assist with guest requests and coordinate seat relocations with Box Office staff.
• Direct patrons during emergencies and assist with incident reporting.
• Perform other duties to support Theater Operations.
