Qualifications

• Strong operations management and leadership experience in theater or hospitality settings.
• Experience budgeting and financial oversight for venues or similar operations.
• Event management and planning skills for theater programming and special performances.
• Understanding of venue safety and compliance; surgery experience is explicitly not required.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in theater, entertainment, hospitality, or facility management, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with scheduling, ticketing, POS, or venue management systems; proficient with standard office software.
• Degree in business/ management/ arts administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily theater operations, including staffing and scheduling, to ensure smooth patron experiences.
• Manage budgets and financial performance for multiple venues within the group.
• Coordinate events and special programming across our theaters to maximize audience engagement.
• Ensure facility safety, regulatory compliance, and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Supervise team members, guide performance, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
